Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-time, Part-timeLead clinical supervision, training, and mentorship for RBTs while partnering with clinical directors and community liaisons embedded across Denver neighborhoods.
Key Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
- Based in or near the Denver metro with willingness to travel across local communities as needed
- Demonstrated success supervising RBTs and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinics and schools
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Part-time, Full-timeSigning BonusEarn Up to $250 in Bonuses!
Deliver 1:1 ABA sessions following BCBA-written programs (skill acquisition + behavior support). Work in homes, schools, and community settings across Northern Colorado, traveling between locations as needed.
Key Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED (Associate's or Bachelor's welcome)
- RBT credential or willingness to complete training and pass the exam within 30 days of hire
- Consistent availability for client blocks; reliable transportation; punctuality
