Wrigley Field Becomes MLB’s First Certified Autism Center

Wrigley Field, home of the Chicago Cubs, has become the first Major League Baseball stadium to earn Certified Autism Center status from the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards. To qualify, 80% of fan-facing staff completed autism and sensory-awareness training. The stadium also offers sensory bags through KultureCity and a dedicated sensory room with calming features.

What this means for families: Autistic and sensory-sensitive fans can now access trained staff, sensory bags, and a sensory room at Wrigley Field.
