Role Overview

Bring ABA therapy to the heart of Colorado Springs. From the walkable downtown core to the creative energy of Old Colorado City and the Westside, you will work directly with children and families in their homes and neighborhoods — building functional skills through play, routine, and real connection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy following individualized treatment plans created by your supervising BCBA
  • Track and record session data accurately to support data-driven treatment adjustments
  • Implement behavior intervention strategies in homes, community centers, and neighborhood parks across central Colorado Springs
  • Coach parents and caregivers on reinforcement techniques so progress continues between sessions
  • Attend regular supervision meetings and team trainings to continuously develop your clinical abilities
  • Flag any concerns or breakthroughs to your BCBA promptly to keep treatment responsive and effective

Qualifications

Required

  • Active RBT certification through the BACB, or willingness to complete RBT training with our support
  • Reliable personal transportation to reach client homes in the downtown and Westside areas
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
  • Comfortable working in varied environments including small apartments, older homes, and outdoor spaces

Preferred

  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
  • Bilingual Spanish-English abilities — especially valued in central Springs communities
  • Background in early childhood education, psychology, or social work
