Key Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in client homes and community settings throughout Pueblo
Record detailed behavioral data every session to drive evidence-based treatment decisions
Implement behavior intervention plans across natural environments — homes, parks, libraries, and local gathering spots
Train parents and caregivers on daily strategies that extend the impact of therapy into every routine
Attend supervision sessions and team meetings to discuss cases, troubleshoot challenges, and continue your clinical education
Communicate openly with your BCBA about what is working, what is not, and what each family needs to succeed

Qualifications

Required

Active RBT certification through the BACB, or willingness to complete RBT training with our support
Reliable personal transportation to cover Pueblo and surrounding neighborhoods
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
Genuine commitment to serving families in a community where ABA access has historically been limited

Preferred

Experience working with children with autism or behavioral challenges
Bilingual Spanish-English fluency — critically important in Pueblo's diverse community
Familiarity with community resources and family support systems in southern Colorado
