Role Overview

The east side of Colorado Springs is booming — young families are everywhere, and the demand for quality ABA services is real. Work across the Powers Corridor and Stetson Hills delivering in-home therapy to children who need skilled, compassionate support right now.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver structured 1:1 ABA therapy sessions in client homes based on BCBA-developed treatment plans
Collect precise behavioral data during every session to inform ongoing treatment decisions
Run behavior intervention plans in natural environments — kitchens, backyards, playrooms, local parks
Partner with parents to teach and reinforce strategies that carry over into daily family routines
Join weekly team meetings and supervision sessions to review cases and build clinical judgment
Communicate proactively with your BCBA about progress, barriers, and family dynamics

Qualifications

Required

Active RBT certification through the BACB, or willingness to complete RBT training with our support
Reliable personal transportation to cover the Powers Corridor and Stetson Hills neighborhoods
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
Physical ability to keep up with active children across indoor and outdoor settings

Preferred

Prior experience with children on the autism spectrum or with developmental delays
Bilingual Spanish-English capabilities
Experience with digital data collection platforms like CentralReach or Catalyst
