Role Overview

We are looking for a content creator who can tell stories that matter. Hannah's Gift is growing fast and we need someone who can translate our mission — eliminating ABA therapy wait times for children with autism — into content that stops the scroll, builds trust, and brings the right families and clinicians to our door. This is not a "post three times a week and call it a day" role. This is building a brand voice from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Film, edit, and publish short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook — content that educates, inspires, and recruits
Shape and execute a content calendar aligned with company milestones, awareness campaigns, hiring pushes, and community events
Create neurodiversity awareness content that is authentic, respectful, and genuinely useful for families navigating the ABA world
Capture behind-the-scenes team culture content that shows what it is actually like to work here — recruiting starts with reputation
Develop graphics, carousels, and static posts for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram when video is not the right format
Track content performance metrics and use data to iterate — what gets engagement, what drives applications, what builds trust
Collaborate with clinical and recruiting teams to understand what stories need telling and when timing matters most

Qualifications

Required

Proven experience creating short-form video content — show us your work (portfolio, personal page, or client examples)
Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and what makes content perform on each platform
Ability to work in-person in Colorado Springs — this role requires on-site filming and team collaboration
Excellent storytelling instincts — you know how to make people feel something in under 60 seconds

Preferred

Personal or professional connection to the autism, neurodiversity, or ABA therapy space — lived experience, academic background, or genuine curiosity
Photography skills and comfort shooting both photo and video in unscripted, real-world environments
Graphic design capability (Canva Pro, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite)
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand, not just a personal page
Comfort being on camera as well as behind it
