Role Overview

Work with families in the Briargate and Northgate neighborhoods of north Colorado Springs — one of the most family-friendly parts of the city. You will deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, parks, and community settings under BCBA supervision, building real skills that change the trajectory of a child's life.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions based on individualized treatment plans developed by your supervising BCBA
Collect accurate session data using our digital platform so treatment decisions stay grounded in real progress
Implement behavior intervention plans across home, community, and outdoor settings throughout the Briargate corridor
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to reinforce strategies between sessions and generalize skills
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to sharpen your clinical skills and stay current
Communicate session updates, concerns, and wins to your BCBA supervisor consistently and promptly

Qualifications

Required

Active RBT certification through the BACB, or willingness to complete RBT training with our support
Reliable personal transportation to travel between client homes in the Briargate and Northgate areas
Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
Current CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
Ability to work on the floor, outdoors, and in active play environments with children

Preferred

Experience working with children with autism or developmental differences
Bilingual Spanish-English abilities
Familiarity with ABA data collection tools like CentralReach
