Role Overview

Lead clinical supervision, training, and mentorship for RBTs while partnering with clinical directors and community liaisons embedded across Denver neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct FBAs, design individualized, function-based treatment plans, and iterate programs through data-based decisions and frequent family touchpoints
  • Coordinate with physicians and diagnosing providers to align goals, reduce delays, and ensure clean handoffs from diagnosis to treatment start
  • Maintain rigorous documentation, scheduling, and outcomes tracking in CentralReach to ensure fidelity, transparency, and continuity of care
  • Facilitate caregiver education, model strategies across home/school/community, and collaborate with school teams to generalize skills
  • Participate in weekly clinical huddles and case reviews to share tactics, challenge assumptions, and apply the latest peer-reviewed and practical tools

Qualifications

Required

  • Active BCBA certification in good standing (required)
  • Based in or near the Denver metro with willingness to travel across local communities as needed
  • Demonstrated success supervising RBTs and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, including clinics and schools
  • Proficiency with CentralReach or rapid ramp-up capability within structured documentation systems
  • Data-driven, family-centered mindset with strong communication across home, school, and medical environments

Preferred

  • Spanish language abilities for serving diverse Colorado communities
